Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

Anything to actually do with servicing is rolling down and being made invisible.

Not so.....many here are contributing to expose Wall Street roots of MSF and many postings which you do not deem relative are very much so.  Vast amounts of MSF information is available at main site http://www.msfraud.org/ where your time would be well spent.  For better perspective read:

Nye - why don't you put up a blog and post a link for these kinds of things?

MSF is being fought on many fronts.  Aside from obvious plants on this board, each of us is fighting this battle, whether current or past victims.  Many here have stayed the course, depite home losses, continuing investigative research for benefit of all.  They are not conspiracy theorists.  This is real world......coming to light in news every day now.

There will be postings that may not seem immediately relevant to a victim's present plight, instead addressing the big picture of MSF and answering that big question...........Why?

Blossom is right, but the answer to her question "why" is the no-brainer part of this puzzle. Easy money for no real labor and pure unadulterated greed. Money for nothing.

Yes, we hack at the branches sometimes rather then the root. You just cannot forget that it is still all one big tree. All these things are connected and it appears more and more that Wall Street banks and the Fed in tandem are the reason this scam exists. It appears more and more that when all this unravels they will be what makes up the ROOT of the tree.

The root gives the servicing squirrels a place to hide when the going gets tough for them. Look how many suits have been filed against servicers with terrible results. It was the typical David and Goliath scenario. The servicers seemed to be made of Teflon and the suits rolled off of them.

So, what have we learned here at msfraud? That we must find out who really holds and owns the note and that the holder and the owner may be totally different entities; a lifetime job in itself it seems. We must drag in every Jane and John Doe we know about and leave room for several unknowns to be added to our suits. We must demand that they prove every single claim they make as to how they serviced the note....and so much more...it is a lot and it is designed to frustrate all but the most determined. It was planned to confuse and hide the players. "Designed" is the key word here.

The question is, who originally designed, built and maintains the servicers invisibility cloak? Who enables them to wear Teflon armor and be almost invincible in a courtroom? Who is the "Intelligent Designer" of this monstrous fraud? Someone in some back room somewhere conceived this fraud and convinced regulators and underwriters to ignore the obvious frauds being perpetrated in the pursuit of wealth. Someone convinced most elected officials (there are a few exceptions, but too darn few for my tastes!) to remain deaf to the pleas of the oppressed borrowers while those very officials profited from the fraud. Someone with power....

The architect of this mess was Alan Greenspan and it is in his writings and speeches, he introduced the concept of "Weird Loans 101". But what good is an architect without builders? The architect is helpless without them because he cannot bring his design to fruition without them . The builders are still oozing around on Wall Street like the slime that they are and the Fed is now pumping them full of money to cure their disease. (At our expense because the Fed is no longer worried about inflation; they are worried about their buddies the bankers. The printing presses are rolling and that is good for no one!)

You have heard the saying "Build it and they will come"? Once it was built at the Fed and on Wall Street they DID come by the thousands, and then millions. Bribed appraisers, bought-out loan brokers, skanky boiler-room lending companies, bought-off underwriters and our friends the servicers. Everybody wanted to ride the train to wealth and no matter about those the train ran over on the trip. These people would lie, cheat and sell their own mothers to close that higher profit subprime loan that could be turned into a CDO, pooled and packaged as golden when it was really lead-painted crap.

Ultimately and unfortunately, the injured and maimed turned out to be US! Real people who dared think that a little part of this country could be theirs forever. A little nook for themselves, a haven called a "home". WE are all now disenfranchised refugees, stripped of our wealth and in too many cases our domiciles. As this scam unravels and the outer defenses peel away through bankruptcies and lawsuits, the root becomes ever more exposed.

THAT is why many of these seemingly unrelated things are posted here. We are getting closer every day to the revelation of where this deadly germ came from. As the field narrows and the giants begin fighting each other then we will finally know who and how. Some of us have been here for years asking "How can this be happening? How can it be happening for so long? How long will it go on? How long can it go on?" We saw the Ponzi scheme aspect years ago. Ponzi schemes always fall under their own weight...ALWAYS....but, dang it all, this one took a long, long time. Years too long...and left such horrendous, terrible, awful collateral damage in its wake.

Finding out who set the scheme in motion had proven to be harder. But we will find out. And I don't think it will take years, the knowledge is coming soon.

This storm will put Katrina to shame. One was an act of God and the other was an act of greed. Acts of God are divine, acts of greed are hellish. We are not trying to hide anything about servicers here; the servicers will ultimately be eaten by Wall Street, too. But every single person affected by this needs to know who, what, when, where, why and how this happened.

Knowledge is power. Only by knowing and studying can we prevent this again. We must know the early warning signs of the next big Wall Street+Federal Reserve scam so that maybe, just maybe, they will not be able to repeat the monstrosity for our children to have to bear.

It's an evolution, not a revloution. While knowledge may be power, wisdom shall win out! The servicers were created by the RTC and Wall St to be able to quickly liquidate toxic loans. Wall St and the banks ALL funded and used them and created their roles. it's the hidden owners of stocks and hedge funds that lurk with greed in the background with a total lack of transperancy who manipulate markets and people and even governments. This is nothing new in the history of modern man, It perpetuates until the neck of the chicken is choked for good until its last breath!

Impressive, Nye. You always seem to be able to write in a manner that leaves me confused as to whether you agree or disagree with me. Or any poster for that matter.

Doesn't really matter, though. The end game is afoot and we will all learn about it together. And hopefully, gain "wisdom" in the process.

If your suit is still pending it might be a good idea to gather your myriad documents and proceed before the scamsters find a way to move all the money to the Caymans and quietly shut down in their present corporate incarnations. Of course, they will be back in business with a new name before a week is out, but once that corporate "person" is dead, you will not be able to easily sue it. Perhaps your suit might be able to uncover even more in discovery....

Darn the A-hole who thought up the idea of giving corporations a "personhood" status anyway! I mean, really, dead is dead....and a wonderful loophole for fraudsters.

Kudos arkygirl !

It's the serpents lurking at the roots that need to be caged and shackled so they won't be feeding the squirrels anymore and neither will be feeding on US!

Great analogy Arkygirl !

Unless we address the root cause we are just chasing out tail.
