Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

The longer this goes on the more frustrating it gets. I thought that fraud and stealing were always agains the law. It just amazes me that we have to keep asking for new laws to be implemented when there are already laws against fraud. There always has been. Why are these servicers EXEMPT from the already existing laws? Anyone that has any input on this please respond.

We need new laws to erase the past without punishing anyone.

You're exactly right Stephen. These are Ex-post facto laws and they are UN-Constitutional.

Passing laws against mortgage service fraud would be similar to a car jacking ring making political donations to classify car jacking as misdemeanor with a small fine.

Mortgage service fraud has many criminal elements theft, fraud, extortion, false statements, wire fraud etc.

The biggest and most dangerous of all is that it has debased our monetary system and devalued the dollar. This is extremely dangerous because it can crash the whole government financial structure as well as the private economy.

People think the government can just keep printing and borrowing money but at a certain point confidence will diminish in the investment value of the U.S. primarily backed by mortgages and government backed paper money
