it was on one of the most visited favorite posts

It was regarding the safest way to make payments to the bank,
it recomended to send the payment thru the local court, (I think) and make an affidavit, so if the servicer later on try to pull a fast one, the affidavit
will be evidence that the payment was sent, and "will bite' the servicer.
