The complaint must name each individual

occupant of the property as a defendant.

Each defendant must also be served.

Does this mean the people on the mortgage or everyone that lives in the house.  This is about eviciton. Does this include minors?

srsd I'm not a lawyer as you know but I think this must mean you have to list

all occupants of the house including minors as defendants.

Again my layman's opinion is that all occupants will be evicted. Assuming the

minors are not of legal age by serving both parents they are served.

Certainly all occupants are intended to be evicted and should vacate

accordingly.

Gee I'm not sure I should have responded but I just strongly wish to help

you. But insert a large grain of salt on my non-attorney advice.  At least this

will give you a sense of direction and I do not think you need an attorney at

this after the fact stage.. Others will disagree to be safe but it is YOU who

must po$t up the attorney fee$..  (Personally I wouldn't do it.)

Make it clear to all you intend to fight and protect the adjacent lot your son

owns.. Someone had a darn good idea btw.. Post up a sign that says,

"BUYER BEWARE" on your son's property.

Warmest personal regards and God bless,

Ed
