Pocket change to this lawfirm.  No admission of wrongdoing - a million dollar fine and a million dollar 'donation' to the FL State Bar so more money can be paid to foreclosure attorneys.

Not a dime to victims - not one of these shysters loses his license for even a minute.

I say we "FLOOD" the Florida Bar with a mountain of complaints on each and every Foreclosure Mill attorney. The only thing we have to do is print out the assignments of mortgage and prove the signatures are forged and that they are in fact an attorney. Especially in the Watson firm. Caryn Graham is an attorney for the firm and she signs the assignments as MERS officer as well as many other officers, vp's, etc....But she forgets to tell the notary that there is a conflict of interest due to the fact she is representing the Plaintiff as well as transfering the mortgage and note....

Anyone on board???

It is really very simple, Florida's attorney general views all of the victims as deadbeats.  She sees the outcome of every foreclosure as being the same whether there were crimes committed along the way or not.

Fortunately she, and the three like-minded AG's, are way out numbered; although in the end it will be a simple pay to play fine for the industry and their law firm partners in crime.

As CMC suggested bombarding them with letters (the snail mail kind) might at least keep the pressure on.
