THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED!!!!!! IF YOU ARE A NEW HOME BUYER OR A MORTGAGE HOLDER BEWARE!!!! GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY  THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP YOU. ASC HAS LIMITED PERSONELL MOST DO NOT HAVE A BRAIN AND CAN  NOT HELP. WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE YOU WILL PAY. YOU MIGHT GET TO TALK TO THEM ONCE WITH SOME HOPE FROM THEM. NORMALLY YOU WILL GET STUCK WITH THE "WONDERS OF THE WORLD.AKA I HAVE NO CLUE."  FIND A REAL MORTGAGE COMPANY WITH EDUCATED PEOPLE THAT CAN HELP YOU. THIS IS A WARNING. TAKE YOUR CHANCES OR DEAL WITH IT IF YOU READ THIS, YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE FOR A COMPLAINT.

We don't get to pick the servicer and that is what ASC is.. a servicer..not a lender.

Other than that...you are so right. ASC AKA Wells Fargo are HORRIBLE ARROGANT CRIMINALS!
