Going well.
All briefs submits to Court of Appeals Justice February 28, 2012.
From rumor, the court will follow the rule of law, if so, expect all hell to break loose.

Me caught me a 12 footer in our pond out front.

Funny, it seems like a lot of trial courts just don't get it, and takes the appeals court to do the real lawin in this country.

So you haven't made a mortgage payment in what 5 years?

Mortgage = Security Instrument
Mortgage Note = Note

They are not one in the same.

All lawfully required payments were made upon the Mortgage Note.

When there is no longer a Mortgage Note there should not be Mortgage.
