The Sun News reports from Myrtle Beach that disbarred South Carolina attorney Mark Brunty, a leading promoter of national debt modification and debt elimination scams including Quiet Title scams, seems to have stolen $700,000 from escrow accounts on a business deal based upon forged documents and has skipped town:

Brunty's disbarment follows similar actions against Garfield confederate Wilfredo Pesante (D.C.) and jailed Florida attorney Carol Asbury.
