The email address to Saxon for loan mods or short sales is: lossmitigation@saxonmsi.com.  I also got an email address from a loan mod adjuster and it was his last name and first letter of his first name @saxonmsi.com, e.g. John Smith would be smithj@saxonmsi.com.  Hope this helps.

All information offered helps, but emails are easier to ignore then unanswered telephone calls or voicemails.  However, if an email is responded to, then it moves up the list a little.  USPS Certified, Return Receipt Requested will always be #1 on the list.
