MyGen may soon have to find a new place to hang its hat in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Wilfredo Pesant's landlord(s), both personal and business, have obtained judgments and eviction orders against him and his firm.  He is now seeking to have the commercial eviction vacated.

Those who desire to observe the Pesante magic in litigating a real estate case are invited to attend the hearing scheduled for 26 Jul 2011 at 10:00 AM in the RB Properties case, when Mr. Pesante argues his Motion to Dismiss and Vacate the Writ of Restitution granted in that case on 24 May 2011.

Mr. Wilfredo Pesante will explain to the Judge why the judgment for $35,060.62 should be set aside.

The hearing is before Judge Wendell P. GARDNER, Jr.

I hired Pesante back 6/2009 gave him over 12,000 dollars he did nothing to the case.
I filed D.C. Bar Association on 2/2011 he had many complaints before I filed.  After I filed, I learned that he was never liscense to practice in VA & Fla.  As of 11/4/2011,
permantely disbarred for 5 years.

I stumbled upon this site, and am concerned that people are still using my name.  I am Nicole Mackin, a practicing attorney in Washington DC.  I met Wilfredo Pesante on Craig's List and was briefly associated with him (Feb 2009-July 2009).  "Pesante and Mackin" ceased to exist as an entity after July 2009.  It troubles me that the name continues to be used, and is still being referred to on this thread.

I have nothing to do with Mr. Pesante.  I do not wish to be associated with him.  I have never practiced foreclosure.

Please cease using the name "Pesante and Mackin" on this site.  Please contact me should you have any questions regarding my request.
