Has anyone used the PRODUCE the NOTE strategy with SAXON?

1) Does Saxon have the ORIGINAL note?
They CANNOT foreclose without proving that they have the original note!!!!

2) when they bought the loan from Novastar, did they pay the appropriate taxes on the sale. The back of the ORIGINAL NOTE should have the endorecement on it. You must see this, make them show it to you in court.

I will file an injunction in court to stop the forecloaure until they can produce the original note.
