Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

I HOPE that few readers at this site are betting on HOPE to help them. HOPE has a dismal track record! One borrower helped out of 752 applications.......lots of money floating around in HOPE, but very little positive results. Just like most government "projects".

"In the five months since it has been in effect, HOPE has helped exactly one homeowner to avoid foreclosure. This despite Congress having made $300 billion available to back these loans and estimating that the program would benefit as many as 400,000 families.

"As it stands now, we've only gotten 752 applications," said Federal Housing Authority spokesman Brian Sullivan. "And only insured one loan. Needless to say, the program isn't working terribly well."

This is just more evidence that all this posturing about "helping homeowners" is nothing more than "hot air". What is really happening
is a massive consolidation within the Banking business, where the Big
Banks, like Jamie Dimon's J.P Morgan Chase is using TARP money to buy
up the assets of weaker banks like WaMu for pennies on the dollar.
Once this is accomplished, does anyone think the big banks will
modify home loans enough so homeowners can stay in their homes
through a deflationary recession? I don't think so. If anything they will
speed up the foreclosures to grow their profits as high as possible.
We the borrowers could throw a monkey wrench into their scheme
if we all participated in the April 1, 2009 mortgage strike by unilaterally
cuting our mortgage payments in half. This would throw the system into
chaos if enough people participated, and get the attention of lawmakers
and our new President, who up to now has only been a "shill" for the
"insiders" who control him. The only thing we have to lose are the "chains
that bind us". Let's sock it to 'em on April 1, 2009!

Mike, you are seriously confused.

Despite the news hype the vast majority of mortgage loans are being paid on time, thus the victims of mortgage servicing fraud represent a fraction of a fraction of all mortgage  loans.  That's a large part of why the system has been able to keep going.

You might as well hand them ammunition.

There is no easy answer and crippling your credit rating isn't one of them.

If you want to participate in a boycott, boycott anything but a credit union.

Mike,

While I'm sure you have the best intentions, I'm afraid Moose is right... As catastrophic as this has been for many of us here, we are still just a small percentage of the over all homeowners.

And until they spend some time in our shoes I doubt they are going help in doing what is so obvious to the rest of us. Like Moose said, that's why they have been able to continue their criminal behavior.

From time to time I too forget that we are just a few in the big world of fraud.

I appreciate what the both of you are saying, but if we look at all
revolutions throughout history, they always begin with a small minority
who see the future possibilities clearly and early.
The "system" has everyone concerned about their 'credit score". This
is all part of the scam. The credit reporting agencies are "shills" for the
insider "con men" who control this debt usury fiat money rip-off.
Many homeowners are going down hard in the near future, and they
know who they are. For them, they have nothing to lose, that they aren't
going to lose anyway. On the other hand, many of these people have a
lot to gain if we win. (and in my opinion the probability of victory is better
than 50-50)
WE have to have an alternative to the current system, and that alter-
native exists. It's called debt reduction by fiat, just as the debts were
created by fiat. We also have the historical fact of how US Notes were
used by FDR. We also have the example of how Hamilton handled the massive
debt back in the beginning.April 1, 2009 will be the beginning of a New Order!

There is NO HOPE for Homeowner's. The program only helped 25 people across the nation. That money was allocated for this program. Where is
the money now?? Who would buy toxic investments?? What were they thinking? I feel the government created this program to make like they
were going to try and help the homeowner. The world got burnt on these
mortgage backed securities and now they want others to buy them again?
What a joke!! There is still no real HELP for Homeowner's.

You're absolutely right! There is not going to be any help from "our" leaders
for working class homeowners, so the only "help" is going to be "self help".
Back in the early 1770's, Americans begged for relief from King George III
who created a deflationary depression by refusing to allow the Colonists
to manage their own economy and finances. His response was to heap new
taxes on them and send over soldiers (police) to enforce his edicts.
The only solution is for all those on the verge of foreclosure to join the
nationwide mortgage strike on April 1, 2009. It's time to show them that we
will no longer be "fools" and "gullible goyim". The strike involves sending in only half the principal and interest they are demanding on the ground that
the debt was obtained by fraud using "fiat money" created out of nothing
by the banking system. Refusing to pay anything would cause you to lose
the high ground. What we're demanding is that the debt be cut in half. We
are modifying the loan. If the servicer accepts the check you win, if they
refuse to accept your check, what have you lost? NOTHING! Get it!
As in 1776, we either "Hang together or we'll all hang separately!"

                               The Foggy Dew
As down the Glen, one Easter Morn,
To a City Fair rode I.
There Armed lines of White Robed Men,
 In Squadrons, passed me by,
And from the Bogs of Boston Bay,
 Brave Men came hurrying through.
I'd met again the Valient Men,
That I had known back then.
And then a Bell , o'er the Bayside swell,
Rang out both loud and clear,
Twas the Bell of Liberty, that called my Soul
 And told me to prepare.
For Freedom won is easily lost,
and each generation must do its part.
Else the Tree of Freedom die of thirst,
Only a Patriots Blood can water it to Life!

Actually, following are the actual words to "The Foggy Dew", a song dedicated to the Irish Fight for Freedom in 1913 and commemorates the Declaration of Irish Independence.  It is still today seen as a "call to arms" to preserve freedom.

As down the glen one Easter morn to a city fair rode I
There Armed lines of marching men in squadrons passed me by
No fife did hum nor battle drum did sound it's dread tatoo
But the Angelus bell o'er the Liffey swell rang out through the foggy dew

Right proudly high over Dublin Town they hung out the flag of war
'Twas better to die 'neath an Irish sky than at Sulva or Sud El Bar
And from the plains of Royal Meath strong men came hurrying through
While Britannia's Huns, with their long range guns sailed in through the foggy dew

'Twas Britannia bade our Wild Geese go that small nations might be free
But their lonely graves are by Sulva's waves or the shore of the Great North Sea
Oh, had they died by Pearse's side or fought with Cathal Brugha
Their names we will keep where the fenians sleep 'neath the shroud of the foggy dew

But the bravest fell, and the requiem bell rang mournfully and clear
For those who died that Eastertide in the springing of the year
And the world did gaze, in deep amaze, at those fearless men, but few
Who bore the fight that freedom's light might shine through the foggy dew

Ah, back through the glen I rode again and my heart with grief was sore
For I parted then with valiant men whom I never shall see more
But to and fro in my dreams I go and I'd kneel and pray for you,
For slavery fled, O glorious dead, When you fell in the foggy dew.

Well said. The Irish have always been great at putting poem to music
to motivate the patriotism of the the long suffering working class. I wish
we had more musicians like that in this country.
WFUV is a great station for this kind of music. Just click on archives
and the "Ceol N'Gael" (music of the Irish)!

Well today is April 15th and patriots around the country will be demon-
strating against the governments bailouts of Banksters with taxpayer funds.
I hope those of you who can, will turn out to show Mr. Obama and the insiders who advise him, that we the American people are not happy with
the way he's handling this crisis. Unlike Rush Limbaugh, I would like to see
Mr. Obama succeed and go down in history as a great president, but un-
fortunately, the insiders have his ear and all they want to do is rescue the
debt-usury fiat funny money system they imposed on the USA forty years
ago. A system which allows the insiders to create money out of thin air and
loan it to the rest of us at interest so the insiders can live high on the hog
without producing anything of value, while the working class waits on them
hand and foot.
The alternative is for the US government to use the massive debt as a
basis for the issuance of debt free US Notes as Alexander Hamilton did.Fort
Knox gold will be needed to back them. New money should only be created
by the govt, not the privately owned Fed. Taxes, not interest on new money!

Correction: I meant to say "interest free US Notes" not "debt free Notes"
as that would be a contradiction. All Federal Reserve Notes carry an interest
charge to the privately owned banking system through the "Bankers Banks",
the Federal Reserve System.
Right now, when the Fed creates new money, the Fed Notes carry an
interest charge which gets paid to private entities, the member banks.
The early Federalists, led by Alexander Hamilton, used the massive debt
the USA had in 1790, and used it as the basis for issuing interest free US
Notes. Taxes were placed on the use of these US Notes in order to pay off
the National Debt. Within twenty years of the enactment of this system,
the US National Debt was paid off and most Americans were living debt free.
America had become the richest and most powerful nation on Earth. We owe
all this to the genius of Alexander Hamilton, a man who rose from the working
class, fought alongside Washington in the Revolution and actually put his life
on the line for the new Nation. Unfortunately, the banking fraternity fought
hard against this system because there was no profit in it for them!
