Dear MSFraud:
You need to watch this video report.  It is about the esoteric subject known as 'Deep Capture' in the investment world.  DC is about 'deep control' by private capital or private corruption of public regulators.

The video is about how the nation's securities regulators have been corrupted by the hedge funds and financial elites.  Recall that Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch own mortgage companies.  The also own or control private hedge funds that bought billions in mortgage securities.  These financial elites control the U.S. economy.  They also control the BIG law firms and the court system.

They control some major media outlets. They have bought and paid for reporters and SEC officials and have the power to intimidate Ivy League Universities. 

There is an obvious pattern here.
