In our case Ocwen foreclosed and then transferred the property to Freddie Mac.  And the judge allowed it.  We're appealing but in the state of Colorado the laws were written by Larry Castle a foreclosure mill attorney.

Here is Ohio Supreme Court Opinion in WAMU v. Wallace that came out just a bit ago.  Only one-page.

Previously, the Ohio Supreme Court determined that a conflict exists and the WAMU case is held for the decision in Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. v. Duane Schwartzwald et al.; briefing is stayed.
