Gretchen Morgenson, of the New York Times, seems to now be back on the foreclosure fraud story with a front page piece for tomorrow's edition:

"Flawed Paperwork Aggravates a Foreclosure Crisis" (October 4, 2010)

Nicely done!
Longtime Forum participants will recall that Gretchen broke the story on the Countrywide fraud on the court in a Pittsburgh Bankruptcy case that resulted in that firm's immediate meltdown.  She also broke the story on the Boyko, Rose and O'Malley decisions in Ohio.  No doubt one or more of you is probably furnishing material for her excellent pieces!
While I think that almost all Forum participants are tracking the very latest news stories and revelations, I thought these was also some value in posting a summary of the recent stories by the Washington Post and New York Times, which have taken a lead on reporting this issue:

I predict that DocX will be receiving mountains of work in the future.

Dont' know about DocX? This company will recreate an entire collateral file for $95.00. What a bargain!
