This case involved a high profile home buyer of a foreclosure.

The homeowner's neighborhood took a stand and made it known, i.e., graffiti, yard signs, that this home was involved in mortgage fraud.

If anyone has information about the above case, or cases similar to this case, please contact me.

Basically, what I am looking for are claims against the purchaser of a foreclosed home where the home is/was in litigation due to a fraudulent foreclosure.

I remember it but not the state.  I am thinking Berkley,California but am not sure.
