Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

Mortgage Fraud Power Rating (In one man's limited opinion)

In my limited opinion these are the *worst* mortgage fraud perpetrators:

1) Bear Stearns (Greg Fedler) hands down.  Nobody is in second place.

2) EMC (defunct squeak toy of Bear) but can still foreclose through Bear Stearns
which specializes in lies, Gestapo type collection tactics, and more lies.

3) AMC (defunct but can still steal your home through Citi Residential)

4) Ameriquest (Also defunct) now operating as ACC.*
* I did not and do not list ACC as a charlatan at this point.  The truth is the ACC hierarchy has been quite patient, responsive, and cooperative with me.

5)  Citi Residential (James Brantley)

          Who did I leave out?

You forgot to mention Ocwen!  We are in a horrible battle with Ocwen.  I have been reading this forum for awhile now and decided to post.  The forced escrows and suspense accounts, they can't even tell us why they charging some of fees, told me to call research department, not to mention you can't hardly understand them from India.  (Great Customer Service!)  NOT!

there is a link to the list of all the SERVICERS on the MAIN page.
Here's the link:
http://www.msfraud.org/fraudsters.html

We don't need a list of who the servicers are, since one has already been provided with great tunes too, btw.

What we need is a list of who owns what.

like EMC for example

BEAR STEARNS owns:       EMC                          AMERIQUEST
                                    UBS                          Bear Stearns Securities
Bear Stearns Mortg.     What Else do they own?

Litton Loan owns:           Litton Loan Servicing     What else do they own?
                                   What else do they own?

A list like this would be fantastic.
If we could have a list like this linked somewhere on the home page, that we could view, it would be great.

Such a list would allow us to "select our Servicer" or parent company, and allow us to go searching for other information that we might find helpful, during our battles.

A list would help to "expose" them all, and keep them from "HIDING" under other names.

Knowledge is power and this would be much of both for us all.

Just my thoughts of the idea.

Good Morning ALL

I am the better man (woman). Yes I am! Because I can over look a persons persistent invalidations. I am the better man, because I know my fight with fraud is not in vain.

i am the better person beause, I can overlook disagreements, and put them to the side long enough to join "thy" fellow neighbor fighting for almost the same cause.

I am the better man, and always will be.

So please do try to take your digs, at me in anyway you can, but know in your heart, others can see who the better woman is.

I LOVE YOU!

I LOVE YOU FOR SHOWING ME YOUR GREED OF EGO, & HATE, I LOVE YOU FOR HELPING ME REALIZE THAT THERE ARE NASTY HATEFUL UGLY PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD.

I LOVE YOU FOR YOU NOT LETTING ME FORGET THAT.

SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I WILL ALWAYS BE THE BETTER.

You left out HomEq Servicing and Homecomings. My BK lawyer went to court yesterday on our behalf to fight Homecomings (RESCAP). The worst part for us is that we have a 80/20 loan and they are BOTH with fradulant companies.

to those of you who don't know that a list already exists, here is a link.
http://www.msfraud.org/fraudsterlist.html  This page is the printable version.

and here is another link to the page with the wonderful music and titles that some creative mind(s) thought of, http://www.msfraud.org/fraudsters.html
this page is the best one. But the other one is printable.

Don't put your SERVICER's Name here and let a man (ED CAGE) judge how much you have suffered by the ranking order he puts you in. This could come back to bite you in the Azz.

Just my thoughts on the behavior.
For some reason, I feel like he is a mole.
Nothing ugly towards you Ed, but that's what I'm beginning to think.

I can assure you Mr. Ed is a true fighter in this mess. I am sure you can call and speak to him.  I have on a few occasions. He is very sincerer and has given me a lot of help and continues to help me.
All of this bickering back and forth needs to stop.  You know these boards are being watched and the companies love to divide and conquer.  It seems like in the past 2 weeks everybody is slamming everybody.  I don`t have a bone to pick with anyone but I thought this was suppose to be a site to help each other....not hurt each other.  we have have the same goal we are trying to reach and it would be a lot easier if everyone could work together.....famous words...."Why can`t we all just get along".
