Judge Throws Out $16M Verdict Against PHH for Servicing Errors

Another bought "honorable" judge, another travesty of justice, and no pitchforks....unless of course you want to count the ones the judicial/political system is using to fling this sh!t onto the the public!!!

Bankbuster, one needs to prove to a zenith to achieve damages beyond injury.

But Berrier wrote that "there is no substantial evidence," in support of $355,000 in compensatory damages or any punitive damages. He let stand breach of contract and good faith claims totaling $158,902.40.

Even UCC 1-202 and 203 would not support.

Texas,

$158,902.40 is not even a slap on the wrist to the banking system, so they really have no incentive to stop the fleecing of the sheeple...Now $16 million gets a whole lot of attention from the bad guys....Get it???

$16 Million is only a drop in the bucket! Consider UCC 1-202, 1-203 plus PSA, 14th Amendment Sec 3-"and" "or" as hint. From understanding is that the home is not under jeopardy. By the way, I do get it and more that most not comprehend.
