I started a nonprofit with two attorneys and a former banker.  Our organization can represent you all the way. I am a former underwriter (Wells Fargo), investor and mortgage broker, now I am working on getting my law degree.  Steven Yarmy, our president and attorney who will be representing you used to represent Countrywide as a creditors attorney for all there foreclosures in Nevada.  So as a team we all get it.  We are also looking for volunteers to get the word out so we can help other people.

Our fee's are based upon direct costs and your financial ability, it has to make sense. The purpose of our organization is to provide folks with an affordable legal defense.

The cost $1100 - $1300 upfront which covers your filing fees a forensic audit on loan docs with expert witness affidavit, mediation if within first 30 days of NOD, and service of process fees.

Additionally, we also provide a number of other services for you as a client and member of the organization.  We will sue debt collectors and get your debt nullified and recover damages for you if you are being harassed or the junk debt buyer cannot produce an assignment much like in foreclosure defense.  We will help you and show you how to restore your credit rating in three step process.  I personally, have gone through all of this myself, and because I was able to get all the inaccuracies removed from my credit report I figure I can help you with my same process.  I had 48 negative items and removed all of them within 6 months with a series of three letters.

After that you pay $750 per month. We also have access to grants to pay for direct cost such as depositions and other experts to help reduce your costs.  You do not pay our attorneys based upon any hourly rate. It is fixed no matter how many hours are spent on the case.  Generally, there are about 150 hrs spent within the first two  months of the case, so if you compare, you will see that this is the best solution in Nevada.
