If you are in LEE COUNTY FLORIDA watch yourself......The Clerk Of Courts are Filing BACK DATED assignments of mortgage. Hundreds of them have been found.
 
CHECK THE NOTARY STAMP. NOTARY STAMPS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR FOUR YEARS.
 
Papers dated from "07" that were actually signed & notarized in "08" THE NOTARY DID NOT HAVE A STAMP in "07"
 
CHECK THE SIGNATURES - CHECK EVERYTHING - ROCKET DOCKET - CLERK OF COURT, who wants you OUT of your house. - MAGISTRATES being assigned cases in the hopes you will walk away - JUDGES who are being pressured to clear this mess up. THEY are being PRESSURED to push your cases through.
 
IF THEY FILE A JUDGMENT and you have proof otherwise....APPEAL it. CALL THE NEWS MEDIA - tell them what is going on.
 
DON'T lurk in the background and pop out when you need help. Become involved, take some time to research these papers being filed. Post this injustice in your local news forums to get the word out. Do your part!

Hummm, and what should a homeowner  do when they received back a letter, after upon request to the Secretary of State , Department of Revenue,  that a Nortary In New Jersey that stamped their assignment in New York was never registered within a ten year period in NJ...   And of course the notary wittnessed the signature of a  "Assistant VP" , for numerious entities  as a NY judge coined the phrase  " a milliner's delight"...
