IF YOU ARE FACING A FORECLOSURE, MAKE SURE TO NOTE THE NAMES OF PERSONS GIVING AFFIDAVITS AS EVIDENCE. VERY OFTEN MORTGAGE SERVICERS AND CONTRACY PERJURERS THEY EMPLOY OBTAIN FALSE AFFIDAVITS FROM EMPLOYEES WHO SPECIALIZE IN EVIDENCE FABRICATION!  JUDGE SCHACK IS DENYING FORECLOSURES SUA SPONTE WHEN HE NOTES AFFIDAVITS WHICH CONTRADICT OTHER PRIOR AFFIDAVITS FILED IN HIS COURT!
