occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

Does it matter when service of process is completed? Suddenly, a notice that service was not successful has been posted on the court site, yet my case began last year. One new entry on the log seems to be asking to serve by publication.

Can anyone help me understand what is going on? I didn't avoid service, but my lawyer told me I didn't have to stay home and wait to be served. I just went on about my business. Will this weigh against me in court? I have no idea how many times they might have tried to serve.
