occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

Lord knows there'll prob be scummy bank spies reading this but who gives a $#!% i'll just give it in steps anybody who still has extended rescission claims hold onto them do not let them go. start looking for all the laws the lender servicer etc... broke make sure they're still applicable and start figuring out ways to simplify it make it professional and appropriate for a judge. after enough people have completed these steps let me know and we'll move on to the next ones.

PS I'm not screwing with anyone. if enough people follow my lead and we all strike at the same time we can't lose
