STANDING is not jurisdictional in N.J.
These judges should be removed from the bench. The judges are removing one layer of Due Process and Rule of Law from the homeowners defenses. Where or not these two cases can claim that Plaintiffs do not have Standing, the judges and courts are using "Standing" to strip it as a defense for homeowners.
