On June 22, 2009 Michael Dillon filed a formal complaint with the Government Accountability Office requesting that a review of the Federal Trade Commission be conducted for the manner in which they handled the USA/Curry v. Fairbanks class action in 2004. In addition to the GAO, Mike also submitted the request to more than 40 United States Senators and Congresspeople in the hope of receiving their support. To date, Senator Judd Gregg, Senator Jeanne Shaheen and Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter have all requested that the GAO conduct this review.

The most up to date generation of this request and the 22 exhibits referred to in it can be found at http://www.getdshirtz.com/GAOreview.htm
