Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

the foreclosure judgment says Notice of Entry to be served 20 days prior to sale, but was received only a few days before, stay was obtained, but does failure to adhere to the service requirement render the judgment void; also, under CPLR 2103(b)(2) no action is to be taken on a judgment until five days past mail service; does failure to adhere to this statue render the judgment void; I understand the party may apply to the court for a reissued order, but that is not the issue here...  thanks.
