I'm not signing on with my name but I am a regular.  I have had several rulings against me in state court that are unconstitutional.  A friend and I were talking yesterday and this question came up.

I don't like posting without stating my name but I am in a very sensitive time in my case.

I would appreciate any thoughts.

Every state has a mechanism for disciplining state court judges. If you have an attorney, ask!

let's hear what you think was unconstitutional.

You don't have to do this, of course but there is no way to address
the issue without some facts.

If they are indeed, unconstitutional, the only real path is through appeals of the rulings.
