Can anyone give cases or understanding of threatened fraudulent foreclosure forced short sale in Hawaii where no assignment from Countrywide to BA? Any information on Countrywide to BA mortgages?

Also, can anyone provide suggestions and cases in such situation on the use of HRS 651C Fraudulent Conveyances, also specifically HRS 651C-7 "voidable transfers"?

Does anyone know the statutory time limit for fraud and deceptive practices claims in Hawaii (9/29 is one year since sale)? We've been researching how to handle the situation since attorney fees are not in sight. Besides haven't found but one attny in Hawaii for our side of the deal, except one who is out of the $ park and who prolongs cases unnecessarily running up fees.

Any real help, true knowledge appreciated. We will be getting package, and have ordered our own SEC FOIA pkg.
