i was in housing court today, and the attorney repesenting HLO was very hot under the collar about something,  they offered me 45 days to get the rest of my life out of the property....or face the judge and have a potential 24 hours.....

this is a true story......ma. 01510

the so called mediator / judge appointed? / person was very much conerned that we were not wronged in any way, however, the broom swept part of the agreement was confusing to me and my wife.

we hardly have enough gas, money and energy to get the rest of our belongings.  however i feel that as more of the victims of mortgage servicing fraud / predatory lending / come along, this website will become a even greater site than it has already proven to be!

god bless all that are fighting this injustice and may we all stand together to reclaim what was stolen from us.

thank you to the website owners and their efforts.

Hi, sorry my last reply didn't have anything to do with your question CK, I just had a very long day in court, felt as though we were directed to where we could not find the  "lawyer for the day" and had to mediate without a lawyer, and have the chance of having only 24 hours to get our personal belongings.....sorry for any confusion.
