Gray & Assoc LLP law firm of Milwaukee is knowingly participating in forced placed insurance on unsuspecting homeowners. Homeowners they are performing debt collection actions against via foreclosures and/or bankruptcy proceedings. They are collecting insurance premiums [not licensed themselves or through an agent] to do so, they place them in their law firm trust account, then wire transfer the funds out of state without paying the 3% Wisconsin tax on the amounts. This is laundering money, bank fraud, tax evasion, illegal business practices, insurance fraud.

Interesting case, Jay Pitner Partner in the law firm of Gray and Associates has "Refused" to appear for his deposition, a protective motion was filed yesterday, and a response to the protective motion has also been filed, with the court being asked for a decision before noon on Monday.  An Associate of the firm previously testified identifying the "Partners" as being the ones responsible for numerous acts, and responsible for communications with clients, in his deposition he could not identify anyone from his firm that could confirm any of the indebtedness claims made in his filings, and stated that the "Partners" were reasonable for billing and he had no knowledge of how they billed, or how any of the claims for indebtedness are determined, He state he "Assumed" the client.

Lot more to follow on this a number of other law firms are now being identified across the country for same or similar acts.  MOSS CODILIS LLP of Colorado failed to appear under subpoena with documents also yesterday, a seperate motion has been filed against them in the Federal Court system in Colorado.  Lots of things beginning to happen.
