Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

I have a client whos Loan was in process with Residential Loan Centers of America when they shut their doors.  The new lender needs the FHA case number released in order to move forward on the loan.  Does any one have an idea who I can contact to make this happen.   I cannot get a response from any one @ RLCA.

This lender saying this though would make me run. I understand a homeowner not wanting credit repulled. However, with the sound of the reputation this group had they ought to be glad they didn't get funded by them.

Best of Luck!
