Florida Realtors Face Massive Liability on Short Sale Transactions

I’ve been writing about this for a very, very long time now. If you’ll look at the post below, you’ll see I’ve been blogging about it for more than a year now….but I’ve been warning about it for much, much longer than that.

Consumers all across Florida have entered into short sales and in doing so, they have conceivably subjected themselves to significant liability from the transaction. The problem is, the short sale contracts signed by most consumers do not protect the seller….

Realtors and consumers alike would be well served to ensure attorneys are involved in every short sale transaction….
