Here's what the wand looks like that the government is using to “cure” all title defects by the government.

The government WANTS the foreclosures.  Smells like a setup, just wait till the Federal Reserve and FDIC come out of investigation claiming foreclosures are “in order”.

These guys know what they are doing and we are in big trouble as they try to rid the courts of challenges to foreclosures so that we may "move forward"

FDIC’s Bair Fears Foreclosure Litigation Fallout

Lawsuits from borrowers booted from their homes by foreclosure could keep people from buying foreclosed homes, Sheila Bair, chair of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., said Monday at a housing finance conference.

Bair called for foreclosure to be a “last resort” after all legal and procedural requirements had been exhausted.

Bair says she fears that foreclosure litigation would “ultimately be very damaging to our housing markets if it ends up unduly prolonging those foreclosures that are necessary and justified.”

Foreclosure litigation would be very damaging?  I know something else that is very damaging Shelia and that is to continue to let you people continue with the fraud. Foreclosure litigation is not damaging, it is a must because of your cronies.
