Im willing to bet that this is a GOLDMAN inside deal that was done with Litton Loan, all the more reason to move even more away from Goldman too!
 
What better way for Goldman to launder thier dirty notes too!

This is nothing new!

It's been going on when Litton took over Ocwen's loan when the OTS filed violations in federal court against them.  Also, with Fairbanks too, and I believe HUD may have been instrumental in setting this one up. Have been told this information by reliable sources.

May be reason why Litton is untouchable and no regulatory action has been taken against them.
