What kind of expert witnesses will help preclude summary judgement?  I have an expert witness that can verify that the note is an original or a fake but what other type of expert will be helpfull.

This isn't legal advice - but understand a motion for summary judgment alleges there are NO factual questions to be ruled on.

Any response to such a motion has to clearly and specifically demonstrate to the judge that there are matters of fact in question that need to be ruled on by the judge (or in the case of a jury trial) the jury. Just saying the other party is wrong is insufficient.

It may not take an expert to aver that the facts being introduced by the lender/servicer are questionable, but an affidavit from one can be compelling in terms of getting the court to deny the MSJ.

Read the Affidavit from Lane Hook, Expert witness for some ideas. This Affidavit was made to oppose Summary Judgment and it was sucessfully denied.
