William A. Roper, Jr.
The Ohio Court of Appeals for the Fifth Appellate District handed down a new decision on Monday, June 27, which is one of the clearest articulations of the evidentiary requisites I have yet seen anywhere. The decision is:
Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.A. v. Jackson, Case No. 2010-CA-00291, 2011 Ohio 3203 (Oh. App. 5th Dist., June 27, 2011)

The case mostly speaks for itself.

To this, I will only add that the fact that this same case has reached to Ohio Court of Appeals twice only to be overturned twice, suggests that the trial court Judge in Stark County must be either an idiot, have exceptionally poor judgment OR could be corrupt!

See also the related case:

Wachovia Bank of Delaware v. Jackson, Stark App. No. 2010-CA-00038, 2010-Ohio-3970 (Oh. App. 5th Dist. August 23, 2010).
