occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

Effective September 1, 2012, litigants can service court filing to each other via email.
When serving court documents to opposing counsel, Florida Rules of Judicial Administration require that the email complies with the following requirement:
• Each e‐mail must be addressed to all e‐mail addresses designated by each person being served
• Only attach PDF files
• Subject line: SERVICE OF COURT DOCUMENT – followed by case number
• Body: court; case number; the name of the initial party on each each side; title of each attached document; sender’s name and telephone number.
• 5 MB Limit on size of e‐mail

Each party must designate at least one email for service. A sample notice of designation of email can be found at the link below:

Early next year efiling will be mandatory on attorneys but optional on pro se.
