Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

I have pro se been fighting for over 2 years in a judicial state. I have my PSA, can prove my loan # was in it when it started and can prove it is still there. even though they changed the loan #( has not been transferred out). One month after they securitized it, they went 15k (having less than a certain # of investors, they do not have to report to sec anymore).
The owner of all the tranches in the MBS is listed as Cede & co. I know they are the nominee name for the depository trust company that holds just about everything in the US, Stocks, bonds and MBS trusts, for the benefit of their investors. How do I force them to reveal the names. Or can I, or will they let me?
PS. I've won a small battle and now I get to amend my answer, affirmative defense's and counter with everything I have learned, I think this a new bite at the apple for me.

Was WMC Mortgage Corporation the originator of the loan? If so, they
ceased to be licensed in Florida after June 4,2004 and had no standing to
make mortgage loans in Florida. This means the mortgage is unenforceable
but the Note might still be good. If your property is homesteaded your in
luck if this is the case!
