I have uploaded the draft to the UCC National Foreclosure Act on my website at http://www.defraudednations.com  The User manual on how to take down the homeowners is on there as well. 

You will need this for what is to come.  If this act passes, it allows servicer's to file complaints and give a 30 day notice to foreclose under the original terms and conditions of the note.  Wipes out loan modifications, wipes out any loan deeded "a blight" and gives the homeowner no recourse.  The act would be retroactive to cover the frauds of the mortgage industry that created the mortgage crisis. 

By it's design it positions the FDIC for imminent payouts from pre-meditated negotiations under the advisement of Barclays (LIBOR arrests) and Deutsch Bank Securities (the creators of the illegal trust they pooled loans into and offered under the Rigged libor index).  

Any loans deemed a "blight"  including pooled loans within these illegal trusts, can be called due and payable regardless if it is default or in good standing.
