I have been looking for a "Custody Agreement dated June 30, 2000 between Ameriquest Mortgage Company ("the Company") and Bankers Trust Company of California, National Association as Agent and as custodian (the "Agent") ... where Ameriquest delivered to Bankers Trust
the Original Note endorsed "in blank"
Copy of the Mortgage, Deed of Trust,
Original Assignment of Mortgage "in blank"
I didn't realize all the ramifications of a note "endorsed in blank," but I'm sure this was put into some sort of trust where Banker's Trust was the trustee and custodian, but without the agreement it could be that Banker's Trust was just the custodian on behalf of the mortgage holder. I thought the note had to be endorsed by the holder, but in blank, it can go around the world and back.
Any help would be appreciated.
