OK gang-

Anybody have any thoughts on contingency fees?

What are reasonable and customary?

Are they negotiable?

Has anyone had any experience/success in negotiating these fees?

Hidden pitfalls?

Anything I should worry about?

Thanks!!!

Usually Contingency Attorneys ask for 25 - 33% of whatever Damage Money they collect >> buy my bet is you will not be able to find an Atty who would do a Mortgage Case on Contingency! (too much he said...I said!).

If you SHOULD find an Atty willing to do it on contingency >> E-MAIL ME IMMEDIATELY --- & we'll break out a bottle of the FINEST CHAMPAGNE!! --- all I need is a Contingency Atty to CONVINCINGLY WIN my Case...!
