Does anyone know of any sources for funding to cover legal fees for wrongful foreclosure/predatory lending cases in general and specifically in Massachusetts?

This could be a loan, grant, donation as I have a friend who has an attorney and a viable case but cannot pay 10-15K to bring the case to the final stages against two of the too big to fail banks.  

This is a common problem for msfraud victims - the high cost of civil suits and the federal banks know this and refuse to settle but drag the cases out in a war of financial attrition on top of equity theft etc on their victims.
