According to Wf and BNYM trustee of bsabs 2006-2 my note was endorsed over to JP Morgan (The then trustee of bsabs 2006-2) . But just recently Wells forgetful sent me paperwork saying that EMC was the original purchaser. EMC is not mentioned at all on my note. The bank won a judgement last year and has been stalling the sheriff's sale for months now. Is the anything I can do other than take it up the rear and watch them take our home?
They get a bailout and we get the boot.
