I think we are going to see more of this now that folks like CNBC are telling the world what this couple us doing.  We don't know who serviced their loan, but damn it sounds familiar, doesn't it.  Rewind to 2000 and who comes to mind?  A predatory bird - maybe an owl.  Sure sounds like pay to stay.

Yeah, cnbc is crawling with MBS investors who are desperately hoping that they can salvage something of their investments.

The comments are brutal.

No matter, as far as I can tell the Earls are still in the house and the bank will have to prove that it had clear title to sell the house in the first place.

We'll see who blinks first.
