For 5 years a man and the best attorney around,  fought ****** Loan Servicing through the courts, beat off Motions for Summary Judgment,  hours and hours and hours of depositions, twice to Mediation that went nowhere, only to settle on the eve of trial. He felt like HE was on trial and it was expected to take two weeks.

 They went through 3 law firms and spent close to $140,000 trying to get this mans $65,000 home.

He agreed to pay off the 5 years payments in one year plus normal monthly mortgage payment. Starting last year in December the huge monthly payments of over $2000 began. Every payment was made on time to ****** and it is now July, he had only 4 morepayments to go when the news came that he was in default to the tune of over $9,000 and if they didn't get it in 30 days they would foreclose on his home.

He said he was done, they can take his home, his body and all. He has talked about committing suicide He cannot bear the thought of going through the last 5 years again for the next 5 years, the stress is just too much There is nothing anyone can do to these crooks, they will take your home if they want.
