Bear Stearns has many names. Bearing Point is a consulting firm and has nothing to do with Bear Stearns

Legally, "The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc.," is the parent company of "Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc."  There are multiple subsidiaries but they all point up to that first one.

What you're seeing on your list is a number of entities beginning with the word "BEAR" two of which are simple misspellings and the other four are unrelated entities.
