This is nothing new, CBASS bought a computer system from LONDON BRIDGE CO. from England, and used it to identify persons involved in everything from personal injury's to divorces, and then acquire their morgtage's to foreclose on them,  The system was called RADAR.  Litton Loan, RADIAN, AND MGIC were all tied to the system, and LSAMS at Litton Loan!  This was begun in the 1990's, and continued. 
 
CBASS acquired tens of thousands of mortgages through this system that was funded by MGIC AND RADIAN, that developed manufactured foreclosures!  And also developed "Secured" mortgages that were sold world wide, that are now defaulting!
