NextAce Releases Automated Title Foreclosure Products
PR Newswire (press release), NY - 1 hour ago
ANAHEIM HILLS, Calif., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Title automation and
business process optimization (BPO) company, NextAce(SM)
(, today announced the release of automated title
products for the bourgeoning foreclosure market. NextAce is expanding its
automated title software and services offering, Title EDGE(R), to deliver
Real Estate Owned (REO) and Mortgage Default (Foreclosure) products that
provide title agents the same speed, depth of research, and cost savings as
its existing refinance and purchase product offerings.
The TitleEDGE REO and Mortgage Default products are currently in
production in California and Texas, with production soon to follow in
Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Ohio and Washington.
TitleEDGE automation is not a 'production short-cut' that only delivers
a high-level or cursory examination. It is a technology innovation that
automates the existing end-to-end process of a title production department.
This includes automating the search and examination of recorded documents,
real property information, general index detail, liens, judgments, and
probate issues, and all other matters that are considered necessary in the
title process. TitleEDGE programmatically extracts the exact language,
information, and detail, directly from the documents themselves. Once
extracted and compiled the title report or commitment, each file is then
reviewed by title-trained professionals prior to delivery to ensure the
highest level of accuracy. With TitleEDGE products, NextAce customers can
reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and improve turn time by as much as 80
percent. In addition, title orders are processed in less than one-hour on
average, and in some cases as few as 15-minutes, which cannot be
accomplished using traditional search and examination methods.

Zonks!  All this 'technology' aimed at the homeowner.  I'm not impressed,
Nope, not one bit.  You see, being from the wild west, I know how they think.
They reason if they walked into your house wearing a mask, pointing a
Colt .45 at you and telling you they were taking your home, there's
a pretty good chance that they would get caught.  This way, they figure
the more sophisticated cutting edge technology in their arsenal to use
against you with fewer witnesses, there's way less chance of them ever getting caught.
FOOLS!  I bet these automated foreclosure title companies don't even know
the meaning of the word "accomplice" but they should because they are
"partners in crime".
