products for the bourgeoning foreclosure market. NextAce is expanding its
automated title software and services offering, Title EDGE(R), to deliver
Real Estate Owned (REO) and Mortgage Default (Foreclosure) products that

Zonks!  All this 'technology' aimed at the homeowner.  I'm not impressed,
Nope, not one bit.  You see, being from the wild west, I know how they think.
They reason if they walked into your house wearing a mask, pointing a
Colt .45 at you and telling you they were taking your home, there's
a pretty good chance that they would get caught.  This way, they figure
the more sophisticated cutting edge technology in their arsenal to use
against you with fewer witnesses, there's way less chance of them ever getting caught.
FOOLS!  I bet these automated foreclosure title companies don't even know
the meaning of the word "accomplice" but they should because they are
"partners in crime".
