This looks like the Calderon case which was decided way back in January 2011 and June 2010.

As happened with the "news release" mentioned in another thread, it takes time for articles etc to be written and then published.

Can someone describe the defense strategy "defective securitization"?

Is it in reality that the actual transfer into the trust was somehow defective?

or

Is it that the paperwork filed in order to foreclose on the property does not match the Perspectus or the PSA?

Or Both?
