Can't help but wonder how many of these are MSF induced?

Gee...How could that be? How could a homeowner's property be sold BEFORE a foreclosure actually takes place?

It wouldn't have anything to do with a clause potentially in any given trust PSA that gives a servicer right of first refusal on a property would it?
